  • Biography

    Dr. Allegra Campagna is a pediatric cardiac psychologist who works with patients and families living with single ventricle heart disease. She earned her undergraduate degrees (BS in biology, BS in psychology) at Arizona State University and her doctor of philosophy (PhD) in clinical psychology at Washington State University. She completed a pediatric psychology internship at Boston Children’s Hospital and a pediatric psychology fellowship at Mayo Clinic.

    At Seattle Children’s Hospital, Dr. Campagna serves as the pediatric cardiac psychologist for the Single Ventricle Program. Her approach is family-centered and focused on supporting wellbeing and resilience. She works closely with cardiologists, nurses and the multidisciplinary team to provide embedded behavioral healthcare in the Single Ventricle Interstage Program and the Fontan Clinic. Dr. Campagna sees single ventricle patients and families for evidence-based psychology assessments and treatment across settings, including inpatient units, outpatient cardiology clinics at Main Campus, and virtually. Her work focuses on supporting adjustment to chronic illness, addressing healthy development and quality of life, and promoting adolescent empowerment.
