Dr. Alison Golombek is an amazing Psychiatrist. We have been working with her for more than 8 years with all three of our demanding children. She has a special gift at talking directly with our kids and getting them to open up to discuss the real issues they are facing in life. She treats all her patients high a huge amount of respect and really listens and hears what they are feeling. Specifically, she is able to interrupt their attempts at expressing the vast amount of feelings and experiences which are causing them additional challenges w.r.t. dealing with daily life. She has truly positively impacted our lives and helped both us as parents and our children learn how to deal with their difficulties and turn them into challenges which they can overcome and/or conquer. Life would not be as fun had we not met Dr. Golombek for us or our children. We are truly grateful for the her direction and advice in helping our kids make the best of every aspect of their personalities and challenges.
