What is pediatric mental and behavioral health care?
Pediatric mental and behavioral health care addresses common concerns for children, teens and young adults ages 0 to 21 including: anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, difficulties focusing and paying attention, disordered eating (Spanish) (PDF), self-harm urges, substance use, suicidal thoughts and feelings, and more. Mental and Behavioral Health Services at Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic
Seattle Children’s Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC) features a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, behavioral health specialists and social workers with expertise in treating common mental and behavioral health concerns.
Our mental and behavioral health services include:
- Autism spectrum disorder evaluations
- Coordinated autism spectrum disorder evaluations with mental and behavioral health therapy and speech and language services (OBCC Central District only)
- Mental and behavioral health therapy (in person and by video visit)

Seattle Children’s also offers a wide range of child and adolescent mental health services through our Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine clinic.
Please note: Your child must be an established OBCC patient to receive mental and behavioral health services at an OBCC location. If you are not an established patient, call 206-987-7210 to schedule a new patient visit.
Paying for Care
OBCC is here to provide care to your children, regardless of your ability to pay. We accept most insurance plans and care for those who are uninsured. Learn about paying for care at Seattle Children’s, including insurance coverage, billing and financial assistance.

Seattle Children’s Psychiatric Urgent Care offers in-person and video visits for same-day mental health support for children and teens ages 4 through 17 who may not need the services of an emergency department.
Hotlines for Youth (PDF) provides other options for immediate help for children and teens. (Also available in Amharic, Arabic, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Somali, Spanish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.)
