Financial Well-Being

Besides competitive salaries, we provide these resources for your financial stability and security.

  • We pay for life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.  Basic life insurance is equal to your annual salary ($50,000 minimum benefit). If additional coverage is desired, supplemental life insurance may be purchased at group rates for the staff members and dependents.

The 401(a) plan has three contribution components:

    1. A generous employer contribution
    2. Both pre-tax and after-tax Roth employee contribution options.
    3. An Employer matching contribution.
