MyChart has been expanded to give you even more access to your child's healthcare team and medical record.

MyChart is not for emergencies. If your child is experiencing a healthcare emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

With MyChart, you can:

  • Message your provider.
  • Check lab and radiology results.
  • View radiology images once the results are available.
  • Attend your virtual telemedicine appointment.
  • View medication lists, After-Visit Summaries and discharge instructions.
  • Request or cancel some appointments.
  • Pay your bills or set up a payment plan and much more.

    Fast Pass Through MyChart: Faster Access to Care

    Seattle Children’s now offers Fast Pass, which is a service that allows patients and families to add themselves to a waitlist for a faster appointment date.

    Three easy steps to take advantage of Fast Pass for your next appointment:

    1. Log into your MyChart account and navigate to the Visits section to select your appointment.
    2. In the Appointment Details section, click on “Get on the Wait List.”
    3. If an earlier appointment time is available, you will receive an email notification. Simply log back into MyChart and click on “Accept new time.”

    MyChart and Telehealth

    Virtual visits require a MyChart account because it helps us protect your privacy and ensure that you can access your appointment and appropriate paperwork in a secure way. Go to the Telemedicine page to learn more about telehealth visits.
