Reminder: Renton Cardiology Opens Next Week

We’re excited to share that Seattle Children’s Renton Cardiology will open its doors next Monday, December 8, bringing expert cardiac care closer to home for newborns, children, and teens in South King County. Our cardiologists also see pregnant people whose developing baby may have a heart condition.

This new location allows us to serve more families in their community, reducing the burden of needing to travel for specialized care. This helps us build on our commitment to reaching families when and where they need us.

As part of Seattle Children’s Heart Center, Renton Cardiology will offer comprehensive pediatric heart care in the region. Services include:

• Care for pregnant people with fetal cardiac concerns
• Echocardiograms (including fetal)
• Electrocardiograms (ECGs or EKGs)
• Evaluation and treatment for heart rhythm disturbances
• Newborn care
• Transitional care for young adults, including referrals to adult cardiologists

Appointments Available

While scheduling opened for this new location on November 10, we still have appointments available for patients seeking cardiac care in Renton. Whether you’re referring a patient with a mild or critical condition, our team’s specialized pediatric expertise is here to help. Most new patients can be seen within one to two weeks, with urgent cases prioritized through on-call services.
