Now Live: Updated Patient Reminder Messaging for in‑Person Appointments
Feb. 23 marked the launch of an initiative to help ensure families do not miss important medical care by implementing new language in appointment reminder messaging that a video visit may be an option when clinically appropriate. This messaging is to help address circumstances that may impact a family’s ability to travel to their appointment, including personal security concerns, transportation challenges, weather delays and sick children. Our goal is to provide a more supportive, flexible approach that meets families where they are while keeping care accessible.
