Seattle Children's PAL Program (PAL-PAK) is hosting a free educational conference for primary care providers and prescribers in the state of Alaska. To receive CME credits, you must:

Attend all presentations
Complete the Speaker Evaluation survey
Complete the Post-Conference Questionnaire
