"I’m constantly in awe to see the resilience and strength in the patients I partner with. I feel fortunate to be part of their journey whether that’s recovery from an injury or realizing the person they were always meant to be. I strive to offer a patient-centered approach in my practice and find it extremely rewarding to partner with patients and their families to develop holistic treatment plans. I cannot imagine doing anything else. "

Dr Morrison and his team were the most competent and amazing people I have ever met! I am a bit over 2 years post-op and my surgery looks amazing! I have never been happier with a choice. They took amazing care of me before and after the surgery and walked my mom and I through every step of the process before I went under. My mom expressed how comfortable she felt leaving me in their care and appreciated how they would update her on everything through the process. I still have the card they sent me after the surgery which was signed by the team. Thank you all so much once again! I love feeling comfortable in my skin and loving how I look and feel <3

As parent of a trans teen, I have been extremely grateful for the compassionate and kind support of all SCH staff. Most recently, my son had gender affirming (top) surgery. From pre-op to our most recent follow up, Dr. Morrison has been respectful, encouraging, and thorough in all communication. He is also an incredibly skilled surgeon (you should see the amazing results). It is obvious in his demeanor and presence that he recognizes the privilege it is to be a part of a trans child's journey. And, while I knew that the physical transformation would have a positive impact, I don't think I truly understood just how wide the reach of that impact would be. 2 weeks after surgery, as my son was getting ready for bed, he told me that he's noticed that he doesn't feel dysphoric and he loves his chest. You see, much of his trans experience has been rooted in dysphoria…now, he (with support of his team) gets to walk through releasing that and celebrating his "now". And, he is excited to go to the pool this summer! If any parent or patient ever wanted to talk with someone who has gone through this process, we would be glad both to support our experience with Dr. Morrison and to talk about the process and any "tips" or "tricks" we found! Thank you, Dr. Morrison and team! There truly are no words that can fully express how grateful I am for you!
