  • Biography

    Dr. Chrisman is a pediatrician, Adolescent Medicine specialist and physician scientist.  

    Her research centers on facilitating recovery and rehabiliation after injury and illness with a goal of optimizing wellness. She has been funded by the CDC, NIH, NCAA and Pac-12 and has completed ground-breaking work regarding concussion prevention and recovery. She is also particularly interested in the intersection between mental health and physical health and how this interaction impacts recovery trajectory and effective treatment.
