  • Biography

    Dr. Vergano has enjoyed working in the field of Genetics for over 15 years. She most recently served as the Division Director of Genetics and Metabolism at the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, VA beginning in 2012 before coming to Seattle Children's in July of 2024 as the Associate Medical Director for Outpatient services for Genetic Medicine. She established an natural history registry for Coffin-Siris Syndrome and related disorders in 2015, which has enrolled over 500 individuals. She enjoys teaching medical students and residents as well participating in scholarly activities and patient advocacy.
