Throughout her career working with youth, she has focused on supporting individuals and families at the intersection of physical and behavioral wellbeing. She specializes in Integrated Behavioral Health, a collaborative approach that connects the dots between physical health, mental wellness, and recovery.

    Her journey began with a deep commitment to youth and families, driven by her belief in the power of early support. Today, she brings that same gentle, evidence-based approach to every patient she serves—regardless of age. Karina understands that navigating the healthcare system can feel overwhelming; she sees it as her role to ensure that doctors and therapists are all speaking the same language and, most importantly, listening to yours. For Karina, care is more than medical management—it’s a partnership built on safety, choice, and healing.

    Outside of the clinic, Karina is passionate about dancing and is always on the hunt for her next favorite food. She is at her happiest near the water on a stormy day— especially if there’s a hot cup of coffee waiting for her afterward.
