    Born and raised in Bakersfield, California. Attended undergraduate at the University of California, Davis. Graduated from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada, then completed pediatrics residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Completed hematology-oncology fellowship at the University of California, Irvine/Children’s Hospital Orange County.

    Research Description

    My fellowship research project focused on developing a virtual behavioral intervention for young adult cancer survivors with increased emotional distress involving goal-focused therapy and emotional regulation techniques.
