Tree Pruning on Perimeter of Seattle Children’s, September 15-19

Monday, September 15, through Friday, September 19, Bartlett Tree Experts will be pruning at Seattle Children’s Hospital, primarily along the north, east, and south sides of the property. This includes work on NE 50th Street, 44th Avenue NE, NE 47th Street, 45th Avenue NE and NE 45th Street. The majority of the work is for pedestrian clearance and drive lane clearance over sidewalks and drive lanes. Street parking on the south side of NE 50th Street will be unavailable on Monday, September 15, for the work. The work is not expected to impact Metro bus service, vehicle traffic on any streets or any other parking besides what is noted above. Affected sidewalks will be closed to pedestrians during some of the work. People can expect noise from chainsaws and chippers. Work on the perimeter will begin at 9 a.m. and end by 3 p.m.
