Bioswale Work at Hospital Campus Postponed to the Week of September 23, 2024

The project described below, previously scheduled for Monday, September 16, through Friday, September 20, has been postponed to the week of September 23. The work is expected to start Monday, September 23, or Tuesday, September 24, and is planned to be completed by Friday, September 27. Every effort will be made to complete it by that time, but if unforeseen issues arise, the work may need to be extended into the weekend.

CatchAll Environmental will be working on the bioswales that run along the north and east sides of the base of the Ocean Garage to ensure our stormwater system functions properly. The work will include removing excess sediment that has built up over time in the and clearing excess plant material on the slope north of the garage. Views from adjacent streets to the garage will not be impacted in any way. Trucks will be staged on the gravel drive north of the garage. There will be some noise from trucks, handheld equipment, and a small walk-behind excavator. There are no expected impacts to adjacent sidewalks, streets, busses, or views.
