As Seattle Children’s senior vice president and chief people officer, Myra Gregorian helps the institution meet its human capital needs while maintaining high levels of workforce engagement and commitment. This includes shaping a high-performance culture by ensuring that Seattle Children’s values are communicated and understood at all levels.

Gregorian brings to Seattle Children’s two decades of experience in healthcare operations management, human resources and organizational strategy, most recently at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Before that, she was at Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach and other major medical centers in Southern California. She is excited to apply her resilience, clear communication style and balance between results, relationships and outcomes in making Seattle Children’s home to the very best workforce of any children’s hospital.

Gregorian earned her bachelor’s degree in general business from Regents College in Albany, New York, and her master of arts in organizational leadership from Woodbury University in Burbank, California.

While not at work, Gregorian enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies, shopping, yoga and bike riding at the beach. Since becoming a mother, much of her time off has been devoted to kid-friendly activities for her two children.

“I love creating talent management strategies that connect people and deliver the highest levels of talent to Seattle Children’s. The goal of acquiring, retaining and developing our talent to have the very best workforce of any children’s hospital is underway!”
