Mark Salierno serves as senior vice president and chief strategy and business development officer at Seattle Children’s. His focus is on developing growth and network development strategies in pursuit of the organization’s goal of becoming a global leader in pediatric healthcare. He collaborates with clinicians, researchers and staff to improve access, elevate quality, clinically integrate with our partners and accelerate breakthrough research for patients and families in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Salierno brings 20 years of experience in hospital strategy, revenue cycle and operations as a healthcare management consultant, where he facilitated the development and implementation of complex strategies and partnerships between physicians and hospitals, including working with Seattle Children’s several times over 10 years prior to joining the organization full-time.

When not advocating for healthcare improvements for Seattle Children’s or his community, he can be found enjoying the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with his wife and three young children.
