Clinical Interests

Viral infections in healthy children and immunocompromised hosts and healthcare associated infections

Research Description

My research focuses on the epidemiology of infectious diseases in healthy and immunocompromised hosts. A particular focus areas include human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) infections in immunocompromised populations. I am also interested in studying the epidemiology and prevention of healthcare-associated infections in pediatrics.

Research Focus Area

Epidemiology, Host: Pathogen Interaction
