"My passion to work to improve the population health was ignited early on when I studied the history of medicine and public health as an undergrad. But its caring for individual patients and their families affected by pediatric heart disease that grounds me and gives all my clinical, research and advocacy efforts meaning. And it's the village of incredible colleagues and teammates who I work alongside that make it a privilege."
