eConsult Go-Live on March 27: What to Expect

Beginning March 27, eConsults will be available for Dermatology, Endocrinology and Neurology. We’re excited to expand the options that community providers, patients and families have available to access Seattle Children’s specialists. Below are some additional details on what to expect:

  • eConsults will be available beginning at 8 a.m. PDT on March 27 via EpicCare Link.
  • Service lines have thoughtfully developed order templates for specific conditions to be able to gather the most pertinent information and provide you with the most comprehensive suggestions.
    • Dermatology will have templates for acne vulgaris, eczema or contact dermatitis, molluscum/warts, and unknown rashes.
    • Neurology will have templates for headache/migraine, seizure/spell, tics/Tourette’s/abnormal movements, and unspecified clinical questions.
    • Endocrinology will have templates for abnormal thyroid function, obesity/insulin resistance, precocious puberty, short stature, and unspecific clinical questions.
