Seattle Children’s Research Institute’s Spatial Biology Collaborative Laboratory provides access and specialized support for spatial biology research including transcriptomics, proteomics, and related methodologies
- Equipment and training for slide processing and staining for mRNA or protein quantification
- Training on, and use of, GeoMx instrument
- Equipment and training for library preparation for quantification by nCounter or Illumina sequencing
- Consultation on experimental set-up, slide preparation, and data analysis
