What is the goal of this study?

In this study, researchers hope to learn more about the impact of COVID-19 on the emotional health of children and teens. We also hope to better understand the factors in children's lives that influence their resilience and well-being over time.

Who can join the study?

This study may be a good fit for children and teens who:

  • Are between 8 and 14 years old, and
  • Have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or anxiety, or
  • Have none of these conditions.

What will happen if my child takes part in this study?

If you decide to take part in the research study, you and your child would fill out online surveys every six months for two years. Surveys focus on children’s feelings and behaviors, and on the ways COVID-19 might affect them.

Families who take part can choose to enter drawings for gift cards to thank them for their time.
