Although psychosocial treatments for adolescent ADHD are evidence-based (Chan et al., 2016), patient utilization is low due to barriers that include poor adolescent engagement, parent-teen conflict and interfering parental beliefs and behaviors. The speaker will discuss engagement-focused treatments for adolescent ADHD that overcome these challenges.
