Participants will be able to:

  1. interpret the rate of pneumothorax locally and nationally
  2. evaluate the changes in initial respiratory management of newborns that may be contributing towards unfavorable outcome measures
  3.  analyze the impact of implementing potentially better practices in improving the rate of pneumothorax in neonates via quality improvement initiatives
