Participants will be able to:
- interpret the rate of pneumothorax locally and nationally
- evaluate the changes in initial respiratory management of newborns that may be contributing towards unfavorable outcome measures
- analyze the impact of implementing potentially better practices in improving the rate of pneumothorax in neonates via quality improvement initiatives
