Body Talk – Building Body Wisdom
A NEW Great Conversations’ online Workshop Series
Let’s change the conversation. This is no ordinary class on nutrition and fitness. Body Talk is about learning new tools together that help us understand how our bodies and minds work as we eat and move. We won’t be prescribing best exercise practices or teach people what to eat or not to eat. We will build body wisdom to feed ourselves with confidence and engage with movement in healthy, sustainable ways.
For ALL preteens 9-12 and a grown-up
For families who are looking to create healthy conversations around food and exercise. Facilitated by Julie Church, dietitian, and Kara Bazzi, therapist, from Opal Food + Body Wisdom.
