Kappa Delta The 27th Annual Reach for the Sky Auction

The 27th Annual Reach for the Sky Auction will be held Saturday, April 29th at the W Hotel in Bellevue. The event will once again have an online element to compliment the in-person event. We are looking forward to a fun, engaging event and hope to see you once again in person.•You can purchase a ticket or make a donation via the UW Kappa Delta Website•The silent auction will open the week leading up to the event•The Live event will run from 5:30 – 9 pm on Saturday, April 29th •The Live event will feature glimpses into the life of a Kappa Delta, stories from families impacted by child abuse and comments from child abuse expertsSeattle Children’s Hospital Child Abuse Prevention Program focuses on prevention of infant abuse throughout Washington State. Abusive Head Trauma or “Shaken Baby Syndrome” is a devastating but preventable form of abuse. Victims and their families are forever changed and the cost of caring for survivors far exceeds the price of prevention. Over the past thirteen years our Kappa Delta family members, friends, and alumni, along with Seattle Children’s Hospital staff members, have raised over $600,000. We need your support to continue raising funds that help spread education and practical solutions that guide, support, and encourage parents. Together we can help equip parents with tools to weather the storms of parenthood, strengthening individual families and the greater community.
