I recently had the privilege to be anesthetized by Dr. Pelly for a cornea transplant. Dr. Pelly's pre-op interview with me was both comforting and reassuring. To paraphrase, her pleasant and gracious suggestion that I think of a happy place that I would like to be, had me believing there is no place on earth I would rather be than right there in that surgery room with all those wonderful, caring people, helping to fix my eyesight. I truly feel most fortunate and grateful to have experienced the extraordinary care given by Dr. Pelly and the rest of the extraordinary care givers at the Silverdale surgery center.
