Hannah Mae Thornton, ARNP

Hannah Mae Thornton, ARNP

On staff since May 2020

"I strive to provide safe and quality care to my patients and their families during difficult times in their lives. My passion for helping others drives me to be the best advocate when they feel like they have no voice. Building strong relationships with my patients and their families is my goal as a new Nurse Practitioner."

  • Hannah Thornton is a new Advanced Practice Provider with a focus in Pediatric Primary Care who will be joining the APP Fellowship Team.

Hannah grew up in Texas and attended nursing school UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. She worked in the Methodist Children's PICU for about 2 years before moving out west to Colorado for a little more scenery and a lot more snow. She spent 3 1/2 years learning in their PICU while simultaneously attending Texas Tech Graduate School online. She obtained her Masters in Nursing with a focus in Pediatrics and Primary Care. She is new to the Seattle area and is very excited to get started in the APP Fellowship. She chose to apply to the APP Fellowship Program as a new graduate Nurse Practitioner so she could continue learning and sharpening her critical thinking skills as a provider rather than a bedside nurse. She is currently working in the Infusion Clinic as a provider until the fellowship begins. She has quickly fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest and enjoys doing anything outside as well as spending time with her boyfriend and 1 year old Golden Retriever, Austin (named after the city of course).
