My daughter still remembers Bay Sittler fondly. She had to do some painful treatments on my daughter several times, and she was the most patient provider we have had.

Bay is outstanding. She truly has a way of putting people at ease. Bay came to see my daughter before she was discharged after a surgery and my daughter at this point wanted NOTHING to do with anyone other me. Bay talked with her and eventually she warmed right up to her. She went out of her way to rearrange her schedule to make our post op appointment more convenient due to the fact that we were traveling. At our post of appointment my daughter was still quite fearful of people touching her but after a few short minutes of Bay being very attentive and patient with her she was practically willing to do anything. Thank you Bay for being so great with our daughter and for making our experience a little easier.

Bay is amazing. Our 2 1/2 year old son was severely bitten by a dog on the face. The Children's ER doctors, nurses and pediatric plastic surgeon were all awesome who worked on our little guy, but I'd have to say Bay made this whole nightmare a better experience. Our son was terrified of going back to the hospital for his follow-up appointments. As soon as he met Bay I could see him relax. My husband and I were also very on edge as my son contracted an infection from his bite. Bay spent so much time with us, never made us feel rushed, answered our hundreds of questions, was so gentle with my son and put us at ease. Bay is the perfect mix of professional and personal. We appreciate her knowledge and passion and just can't say enough positive things about our experience with Bay and Children's.

My daughter had surgery recently. Bay has been so helpful and caring to our family. Our daughter was having serious sleep/breathing issues after surgery and Bay has been there every step of the way going out of her way to help us. I really don't know what I would have done without her caring, compassionate support. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart.

Bay was wonderful with our 2 1/2 year old after surgery. She responded to every call we made once we were discharged and reassured us many times. Being from Alaska, it can be difficult to coordinate care, but Bay was incredible at making us feel help was next door. We look forward to working with her again as more surgeries will follow. Thank you Bay, we appreciate your time and expertise.
