    Academic Productivity and Community-Engaged Research

    Have you considered the best ways to involve the community in your scientific research? As part of our professional development program for researchers, Seattle Children’s Center for Diversity and Health Equity Research Program has partnered with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the Institute of Translational Health Sciences to launch a new series that addresses this question and more.

    Each session will dive deeply into key elements regarding community-engaged research. Attend this seminar series to gain a foundational understanding for what community-engaged research entails, learn about submitting and managing grants in this context and go over some of the key challenges and advantages you may come across when working with communities.
