My bill or visit does not match any of these descriptions. What should I do?

This online bill payment is only for bills that are from Seattle Children's. Bills from other providers need to be paid to those organizations. Follow the directions on the bills to pay them.

How long will it take to process my online payment?

We will process your payment within one business day.

What payment types does Children's accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Will I get a receipt?

After you submit your credit card information and email address, you will see a receipt on the screen. You can print or email a copy of the receipt.

Is there a fee for paying my bill online?

No. You will not be charged a fee for paying online.

Is my credit card and patient information safe?

Yes. This site meets all credit card security and patient health information requirements.
