Root Beer Float Day at the Seattle Waterfront Marriott is just one of many ways Puget Sound Marriott properties help raise funds for Seattle Children’s. Last year Marriott raised nearly $100,000 through events and hotel promotions.
PetSmart Funds Paws for Hope Program
PetSmart has teamed up with Seattle Children’s to help fund the hospital’s animal-assisted activities program that will provide patients with access to canine comfort teams. PetSmart will fund the PetSmart Paws for Hope program at a commitment of $157,500 over five years. Support from PetSmart will significantly grow the animal-assisted activities program and allow hundreds more patients to receive the comfort of animal-assisted therapy during their hospital visit.
