Anna Clise and Chairman's Award Nomination Forms
You are encouraged to nominate members for the Anna Clise Award for Individual Achievement and the Chairman's Award for Guild Excellence. Thanking our guild members is one of the most important things we can do to show our appreciation. Details about qualifying for these awards are listed on the back of the forms. Guild members and guilds are recognized for their exemplary contributions to the hospital at the Annual Meeting.
Other Ways to Get Involved
In addition to fundraising, guild members can volunteer for Purchase a Miracle, donate to Seattle Children’s Bargain Boutiques and help sell or distribute Seattle Children’s calendars. You even earn credit for your guild in the Guild Annual Report.
