Donations

You may drop off donations of toys, clothing, checks, cash, etc. at the Volunteer Office (near the River entrance) daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You also can drop off donations at any of the Ocean entrance desks. If you have a question about an item(s) that you want to donate, please call the Volunteer Office at 206-987-2155.

Foundation and Guilds

Children’s Hospital Foundation receives donations from individuals, corporations, organizations and other foundations. Donations support the hospital's uncompensated care, capital, patient care, research and education needs.

Children’s Hospital Guild Association is an organization of guilds, auxiliaries, thrift stores and volunteers who raise money primarily for uncompensated care.

Hair Donations

If you are interested in helping cancer patients by donating hair for wigs, please contact Locks of Love. This nonprofit organization provides hairpieces to children suffering from medical hair loss. Hair donations must be at least 10 inches in length.

Volunteer Office

Children’s volunteers provide essential help in almost every area of the hospital. Prior to being placed in a volunteer position, you will need to fill out an application, have an interview, agree to a background check and attend an orientation.
