Seattle Children's Hospital Guild Association, the largest all-volunteer fundraising network for any hospital in the nation, is the umbrella organization for nearly 500 groups of friends, families, co-workers and community members who donate their time and resources to support Seattle Children's. The Guild Association has been integral to the success of Children's for over 100 years. Your participation is essential to our continued success as we move into our second century.

Seattle Children’s provides healthcare for the special needs of children regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex (gender), sexual orientation or disability. Financial assistance for medically necessary services is based on family income and hospital resources and is provided to children under age 21 whose primary residence is in Washington, Alaska, Montana or Idaho.
