Project Management Office (PMO)
The Project Management Office (PMO) supports Seattle Children’s in the achievement of its mission by completing projects related to the organization’s strategic goals. We bring internationally recognized standard project management methodologies and leadership to every endeavor we undertake. The PMO advances project management expertise throughout the organization to increase the number of capable project leaders and team members institution-wide, ensuring a firm foundation for Seattle Children’s success in preventing, treating and eliminating pediatric disease.
Vision
We will advance the strategic goals of Seattle Children’s by facilitating diverse projects, managing critical initiatives and promoting project management best practices. We continually strive to provide value-added services to our project partners.
