The Center for Immunity and Immunotherapies operates two research cores: the Flow Cytometry Core and the Viral Core.
The Flow Cytometry Core supports faculty and students at Seattle Children's Research Institute as well as investigators from other institutions and private companies. It provides access to state-of-the-art instruments, training and technical support and data analysis and interpretation.
The Viral Core supports the construction and production of lentiviral vectors, including nonintegrating lentiviral vectors. Core personnel are working to develop improved vector production and purification methods, as well as improved vector systems.
