Negar Homayounfar

Negar Homayounfar joined the Cunningham lab as a graduate research student in 2011. She holds a DDS from Tehran University (Iran) and an MS in prosthondontics from Shahid-Beheshti University (Iran). She is currently pursuing her MS in oral biology at the University of Washington. Her research interests include the differential gene expression in the calvaria and intrasutural mesenchyme as it pertains to risks for craniosynostosis.
Sarah Park

Sarah Park is a Research Scientist I in the Cunningham lab, where she contributes to research on single suture craniosynostosis and on rare craniofacial disorders. She holds a BS in environmental health from the University of Washington. Sarah plays an integral role in the lab, providing support for virtually every project while performing her own research.
Brendan Stamper

Dr. Brendan Stamper is a research fellow in the Cunningham lab. He received his BS in chemistry from Santa Clara University in 2002 and his PhD in medicinal chemistry from the University of Washington in 2010. Currently, his research is focused on identifying the pathogenic mechanisms related to nonsyndromic craniosynostosis. More generally, he uses differential gene expression patterns and transcriptomic correlation analysis to inform biologic experimentation in order to identify causal pathologic mechanisms associated with craniofacial abnormalities.
