There are two ways to request Clinical Research Staff Support Core (CRSSC) services:
- Complete the CCTR Clinical Research Staff Support Core Request Form and e-mail it to Pam Joy.
- Request support in your IRB-ITHS CRCN (Institutional Review Board–Institute of Translational Health Sciences/Clinical Research Center Network) application. If you are submitting a new IRB-ITHS application and are not requesting assistance with the preparation of the application, you may request core support in Section 19.4.B of the application.
Fee Structure
Currently, Clinical Research Staff Support Core staff charge hours on their time cards directly to the research accounts (Lawson activity number) for the studies they are working on. (Seattle Children’s Enterprise Resource Planning, or "Lawson," is an integrated software application that addresses the needs of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll and Sourcing.)
As part of the application process, core staff will review the requirements associated with your request and work with you and your center business manager to provide a cost estimate.
