How to Request CRSSC Services

1. There are two ways to request CRSSC services:
   • Complete the CRSSC request form (DOC) as a standalone application and submit to research.help@seattlechildrens.org, or
   • Complete as an appendix of the ITHS CRCN Services Supplement through the IRB-ITHS application process: Appendix 7 (DOC).
2. Send completed form to research.help@seattlechildrens.org with the study protocol or grant application (if no protocol available).
3. Assignments are determined by the CCTR director of clinical research operations. Core personnel resources are dependent upon staff availability.
4. If request is approved, the CRSSC request form serves as the agreement between the investigator and CRSSC for services and time commitment.

Fee Structure

CRSSC rates are $35/hour for CRAs, and $55/hour for RCs. Staff will only charge time to a study when they are actively working on or being trained specially for the study. Additional Seattle Children’s–mandated training, vacation and sick time will not be charged to studies.
