Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain in Children and Adolescents
This book provides a practical guide for implementing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for children and their families coping with the consequences of persisting pain. It is available from Oxford University Press.
Managing Your Child’s Chronic Pain
This is the first book for parents of children with chronic pain providing instructions on how to use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for pain management. It uses real-life stories, quotes and vignettes of children with chronic pain and their families. It allows parents of children with chronic pain to learn many of the same strategies and approaches that are taught by psychologists who work in specialized pediatric pain clinics. The book is available from Oxford University Press.
