Committee Membership

Hospital leadership appointed members to the center strategic planning committees. Over 165 members representing 23 divisions on six committees committees participated in the process. Membership in a committee did not in any way imply membership in a center.

Public Forum Presentations

In August each of the strategic planning committees presented a draft of their plan. The forums were open to anyone and feedback was encouraged.

Focus Group

In September parents and donors participated in a focus group to review the draft plans and provide input. Comments from this session were considered when finalizing the strategic plans.
