Guest Services for Patients and Families
Guest Services partners with families to connect with resources for a smooth arrival, stay and departure from Seattle Children's. We know that bringing your child to the hospital can be stressful. We are here to assist you with your arrangements so you can focus on your child's care.
We help you with:
- Finding housing while your child is a patient at Children's
- Making transportation reservations on our patient and family shuttle. We can take you to and from the airport, the bus and train stations and Seattle area ferry docks
- Telling you about amenities near the hospital
- Offering information to help you prepare for your clinic visit or hospital stay
- Giving you directions to the hospital
We also help you with resources for:
- Finding your way around the hospital including entrance hours and patient visiting hours
- Using the many services we offer
- Connecting you with your family back home through video tele-conferencing (PDF 125KB)

To schedule a shuttle ride to or from the hospital and Sea-Tac or Boeing airport, the Greyhound bus station, Amtrak train station, Seattle ferry terminals or Ronald McDonald House:
