Our appointment with Lisa Musso was excellent. She explained our son's condition and answered all of our questions in detail. We never felt rushed or cut off. Specifically she talked to our 14 year old like a person, while making him feel at ease. She explained every step of the processes we would go through and assisted us by personally following up on our appointments. We had to coordinate with several departments and she was pivotal in assisting us to get the correct doctors visits in a timely manner. She is a huge asset to Seattle Children's.
