"I love being a surgeon, and I love operating. I love using my hands and my mind together to try and fix things. I actually get to fix kids’ hearts and give them a chance at a long, healthy, normal life. I just can’t imagine a better job. "

Dr. Cohen was sent from above, no doubt in my mind. Thank you for your amazing knowledge, skills, and love for human kind, especially for our children. Jayla Jane is now a feisty, fun, loving, talkative and active 1 1/2 year old! You are a true blessing and not far from our thoughts :)

If it wasn't for Dr. Cohan Dr. Permut and Dr McMullen (i think that is how you spell his name) I wouldn't have my beautiful almost 4yr old daughter they helped her hang on along with a lot of other doctors until she was 13 months old and had her heart transplant a Dr Cohan was the one to do that surgery on her and I couldn't have been happier to have him to perform that surgery that saved her life Thank you Dr Cohan you gave me my baby girl Shayla

Without Dr. Cohen and the team at Seattle Childrens, I would not be standing here today. They saved my life when I was 12.

Dr. Cohen saved my child's life. He was born with a TAPVR or a little plumbing problem. Dr. Cohen operated on (Raul) Jacob when he was 4 days old. Today, he is a rambuctious 2 year old. He doesn't stop from morning until night. And it is all thanks to Dr. Cohen and his team. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Cohen and his team were the only ones my parents could find to help me. I was born with HLHS and TAPVR and my prognosis was very grim. Thanks to Gordon, I'm almost 2 years old now and get to be a mostly normal kid! Thank You Gordon! Reagan
