Ann E. Giesel, MD, is director of pediatric and adolescent gynecology at Seattle Children’s Hospital and clinical professor of pediatrics in the Division of Adolescent Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She serves as medical director of the King County Juvenile Detention Center Health Clinic and is medical director of the Evening Clinics at the Country Doctor FreeTeen Clinic for Homeless Youth.
She earned her MD from the University of Louisville. Dr. Giesel completed a pediatrics residency and a fellowship in adolescent medicine at the University of Washington and was a fellow in child sexual abuse at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. She is board certified in pediatrics and adolescent medicine.
