My husband and I thoroughly appreciated how informative and helpful Susan Norton and her staff were. They will be missed! We are heading home to Ohio, but during our 3 years in WA state, we discovered our son had progressive deafness (profound bilateral sensorineural). Susan was a great partner in the advocacy of his surgeries (cochlear implants). She played a vital role in our son's hearing and for that we will never forget her. She is impeccably professional and her experience shows in her efficiency of the job. We recommend her to anyone looking for someone to do hearing tests, mappings etc for their hearing impaired or cochlear child!
