My husband and I thoroughly appreciated how informative and helpful Susan Norton and her staff were. They will be missed! We are heading home to Ohio, but during our 3 years in WA state, we discovered our son had progressive deafness (profound bilateral sensorineural). Susan was a great partner in the advocacy of his surgeries (cochlear implants). She played a vital role in our son's hearing and for that we will never forget her. She is impeccably professional and her experience shows in her efficiency of the job.
