We saw Nicole McMannis when we first came to Seattle Children's Hospital. She was very helpful and informative. We live out of town and I would email her with questions that I had regarding my son. She always got back to me quickly, and made sure to answer all of my questions. When my son was in the hospital she came by to check in on him and help with scheduling his next appointment to make it as easy as possible for him. I feel that she went above and beyond in helping inform me. I am very thankful to her. We are truly blessed to have her there for us.
