On staff since October 2016

"I strive to provide high quality, efficient, cost-effective and collaborative care to pediatric patients with neurosurgical diagnoses. I have a passion for teaching and feel it is one of the best ways to foster a team environment, improve patient care, involve families and increase one's own knowledge."

  • I have been practicing as a Pediatric Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner since 2007 and find myself loving it more each year. I spent the first five years of my nurse practitioner career at Children's Medical Center Dallas, a teaching facility associated with UT Southwestern. I then spent four years in Austin, Texas, at Dell Children's Medical Center where I was able to obtain my Registered First Assist Certificate and gain valuable operative exposure. I have had the amazing opportunity to work and operate with numerous attending neurosurgeons, pediatric neurosurgery fellows, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and countless rotating neurosurgery residents over the past 9 years. My past experience has provided me with a solid foundation in pediatric neurosurgery, but I am always eager to learn. I am excited to join the Seattle Children's Neurosurgery team and look forward to working with them to better the lives of our patients and their families.
