Matthew J. Giefer MD, is a member of the Pediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology program at Seattle Childrens Hospital. After graduating with honors from the University of Notre Dame, he earned a medical doctorate with honors from Loyola University-Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. He completed speciality training in pediatrics at Vermont Children's Hospital before moving to Seattle and completing fellowship training in pediatric gastroenterology at the University of Washington and Seattle Children's Hospital.
