I can not say enough good things about Dr.Hayward. We are always impressed by her knowledge and her humor while presenting options in a way my daughter can understand and help her to feel empowered to make decisions about her care. Thank you for all you do!
Dr. Hayward has been our daughter's Rheumatologist since Jan. 2007. She is absolutely amazing. She is generous with her time answering all questions we have in appointments and makes time to see us when we need urgent visits. She has been simultaneously able to work with other physicians to collaborate and find new treatment plans when my daughters disease was out of control, while maintaining control as the leader of our treatment team. She is always researching new treatments for our daughters conditions. I am always grateful for her loving, kind hearted energy and compassion. We love Dr. Hayward!!
We love Kristin's calm and smiley personality and the way she talks directly to our daughter. She takes the time to answer questions, explain things and conduct a thorough exam. I know providers are really busy but she never makes our time feel rushed. We really appreciate that and it gives us confidence when making decisions for our child's welfare.
